So of course, I’ve kept the best dinner ideas for hot summer nights top of mind. What I’ve found is a variety of mouth-watering dishes that don’t require hours in the kitchen. Score!

As a self-professed, baking-obsessed hobbyist, I mourn the ability to get creative with all my favorite comfort foods.
