We love this idea – this one little item makes quick work of smart little gifts – add them to your own Mason or Ball jar creations – think about using oil-based Sharpie markers on glass, or glue glass gems to the outside with e-6000 adhesive, dry fully, and light – or fill with our translucent glass beads – or clear colored marbles or glass gems – these are a great troop craft, wedding favor, girl friend or hostess gift, Christmas gift, faux snow globes etc. These will also work on any of those cute “Redneck” line of Martini Glasses, Stemmed Ball Jars, or Beer Mugs with the screw-topped glass edges.

In the sample below, Kim used a spaghetti sauce jar from her recyling bin (a great ATLAS jar – she buys the sauce just to get the jar) to showcase some of her beach glass collection. This jar makes her so happy – she brings it in at night and puts it on her fireplace mantel. 🙂 Again – a very simple process – you could load your jar with anything you want to showcase – holidays, snowglobe themes would work really well in these too. Wait until I mention this to Anne, then … watch OUT Christmas!

This is Kim. She is the owner of eCrafty.com. This is a terrible selfie – but, since she doesn’t take selfies, we just have to go with it. With some of her girlfriends on a good beach day. If you can’t locate her, it’s probably because her labrador Blanche needs another Frisbee tossed to her right NOW. Just like her lab, she has a short attention span.
