Ingredients for Keto Beef Carne Asada:
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Ground Beef
- Taco Seasoning
- Salt
- Taco Toppings: Cheese, tomatoes, avocado, etc.
How to make street tacos for the Keto diet:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Then place the cheese in approximately ¼ cup piles that are at least 2 inches a part from each other. Then press the cheese down slightly.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are slightly browned.
- Then let the cheese for approximately 2-3 minutes. Then remove the cheese from the sheet and bend it over a wooden handle that is balanced in between 2 cups.

- While the shells are cooling, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until the beef is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Then add in the taco seasoning and the salat. Stir everything together and cook for 3-5 minutes or heated through.
- Then add the meat to the cheese taco shells and top with your favorite taco toppings.
