Was this review helpful? Yes FlagOutstanding! I've been looking for a good Tuscan lasagna recipe since losing my tried and true one. We lived in Tuscany for a while and my son loved our landlady's lasagna and begs me to make it. He won't touch the ricotta kind. I made this one day and waited until the next day to bake it, givingt the flavors time to settle and mingle. Delicious!
